If you’d like to permanently delete your The Shuk account, we’re here to help.

Click the “Delete My Account” button below to start the process. It may take up to 30 days to complete your request. Please note that once your request is submitted, access to your account may be removed immediately.

What happens when you delete your account

• You’ll no longer be able to sign in to your account on The Shuk website or The Shuk app.
• Your order history and any saved information on The Shuk website or app will be permanently removed.
• All activity data (such as preferences, progress, and saved items) will also be erased.

Before processing your request, we’ll ask you to complete a quick ID verification to confirm that you’re the account holder. This helps us keep your information secure. Only you—or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf—can request the deletion of your data.

Once verified, our team will process your request and notify you when it’s complete. While the process can take up to 30 calendar days, we aim to finish it as soon as possible.

What deleting your account does not mean

Deleting your account doesn’t automatically erase every piece of information we hold about you. In some cases, we’re required or permitted to retain certain data, for example:

• Information necessary to fulfil past orders or meet other contractual obligations.
• Records we must keep to comply with legal, audit, or tax requirements.
• Data needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

These exceptions ensure we meet our regulatory responsibilities while protecting both you and The Shuk.
